Early careers

Our programmes for those in their early career achieve three things:

  1. Develop key business skills that your organisation needs and that sit alongside any technical training you might deliver
  2. Develop the behaviours and ways of working that will aid those in early careers to make a positive impact and be successful
  3. Encourage self-reflection and feedback to allow the participants to understand where they are now and what they could do more of to have even greater impact

How?

Let us work with your line managers to upskill them in managing the new generation in the workplace, increasing their awareness, building their coaching skills, giving them the tools that they need to set clear expectations and give balanced, helpful feedback to those transitioning from education to corporate life

Outcomes

  • School leavers, apprentices and graduates who are self-aware and who want to develop further
  • Individuals who can adapt their style when working with others in order to influence effectively
  • Resilient individuals who can work within your particular culture and become great team members
  • Skilled communicators, presenters and negotiators who are ready to add value
  • Managers who are fully engaged in the development of those in their early career
